The Court Postponed the Consideration of the Case of Elizavetovka Village Concerning Gas Problems for an Indefinite Period

The case concerns free gas consumption by the village for 2 years. In this connection, the claim was filed by the Cyprus gas supply company Dnipropetrovsk GasGasbut. The purpose of recovery is the “debt” of the village council for the gas supplied. In the spring, 2018, Maxim Golosnoy filed a cassation appeal with the KGS Court of Cassation. Unfortunately, the complaint was not considered. The complaint consisted of copies of documents that proved that the agreement between DnipropetrovskGazZbut and Elizavetovka […]

As it Appears, Decentralization isn’t Real!

In this country, since its independence, nothing has been done in the interests of the state and people. All decisions and laws have been made under a specious pretext in the interests of specific individuals or a group of individuals that have been in power. When it was necessary to tear the post-Soviet property apart, they split the land and collective farms, conducted privatization, issued vouchers by buying them on the cheap, the right people became property owners. Now, when […]

Authorities Through the Eyes of an Honest Official

Everything I fought for back in 2010-2011 while being in the same office is now called “decentralization”. It’s clear for everyone who knows at least a little about my history. Yes, my activity still displeases district officials that remained in their seats since 2010. But it doesn’t cause overt rage or irritation anymore. Yes, the system has changed its name and slogans, but, at its core, it remained just as rotten and clumsy. It appears that at that moment my […]

To Work!

Friends, there will be no fireworks regarding my “inauguration”. The real work begins. We don’t expect help from anywhere. We only expect resistance and inertness. We will make reforms, change people’s minds, revive what has been destroyed and build plenty of new things. The system will resist. So will the society. Therefore, there’s only hope for myself, a team of like-minded people, patriots and people with a keen sense of justice. Elizavetovka, in the next few years, must become a […]

Cities and villages have lost their meaning

People have always settled in large communities. There were reasons for that. Remote hamlets easily became prey to bandoleros or invaders. Hermits were vulnerable to natural disasters – in case of natural hazards, disease, lack of food or necessary goods they were all by themselves. There was no one to come to their aid. Large settlements is an opportunity for joint protection, specialization and exchange of necessary goods, unification of efforts in construction, reconstruction, acquisition and sharing of knowledge, creation […]

Kuryachii Couldn’t Care Less About the Law. The Judges Don’t Mind at All.

Impunity breeds permissiveness Not that long ago I informed my subscribers about litigation with a people’s deputy of Ukraine from Petro Poroshenko Block (PPB) Maxim Kuryachii. My lawsuit was a normal reaction of a law-abiding citizen to a mass violation of election law by the people’s deputy from PPB. I photographed one board and filed a lawsuit demanding to recognize the obvious violation of current legislation (absence of outgoing data at the pre-election campaign) and prohibit candidate Kuryachii to further […]

Between The Lines of Raider Attack Stories

An interesting article “Who captures “Musketeer” and why?” is printed in the last issue of Faces magazine. It’s also available on the website. It’s informative not only in terms of studying those “innovations” that raiders have put into use to seize your property in cooperation with law enforcement authorities… The story is told by the director of an ice-cream company “Musketeer”. He tells about his ordeals, searches for law, protection, justice and righteousness in police, prosecutor’s offices and courts of […]
