Authorities Through the Eyes of an Honest Official

Everything I fought for back in 2010-2011 while being in the same office is now called “decentralization”. It’s clear for everyone who knows at least a little about my history. Yes, my activity still displeases district officials that remained in their seats since 2010. But it doesn’t cause overt rage or irritation anymore. Yes, the system has changed its name and slogans, but, at its core, it remained just as rotten and clumsy. It appears that at that moment my […]

To Work!

Friends, there will be no fireworks regarding my “inauguration”. The real work begins. We don’t expect help from anywhere. We only expect resistance and inertness. Kuryachii Couldn’t Care Less About the Law. The Judges Don’t Mind at All.

Impunity breeds permissiveness Not that long ago I informed my subscribers about litigation with a people’s deputy of Ukraine from Petro Poroshenko Block (PPB) Maxim Kuryachii. My lawsuit was a normal reaction of a law-abiding citizen to a mass violation of election law by the people’s deputy from PPB. I photographed one board and filed a lawsuit demanding to recognize the obvious violation of current legislation (absence of outgoing data at the pre-election campaign) and prohibit candidate Kuryachii to further […]

Between The Lines of Raider Attack Stories

An interesting article “Who captures “Musketeer” and why?” is printed in the last issue of Faces magazine. It’s also available on the website. It’s informative not only in terms of studying those “innovations” that raiders have put into use to seize your property in cooperation with law enforcement authorities… The story is told by the director of an ice-cream company “Musketeer”. He tells about his ordeals, searches for law, protection, justice and righteousness in police, prosecutor’s offices and courts of […]
